Skip this place, it is not worth the $$$.
This is supposed to be a top tier hotel in Columbus. It was not any different than a Hampton Inn. The TV looked ok after you turn it on, then would get so dim you could hardly see it even with the lights off. I turned on the desk lamp, and it would not turn back off. Had to unplug it. There is no where at the desk to plug anything in at all. The entire room was very dim making getting ready a real chore. The only full mirror was inside the armoire, so when you open the door to use the mirror, the door blocked all the light from the windows. Finding a comfortable temperature was almost impossible because the unit blew ice cold air even though it was winter. The bathroom had a very bright spotlight above the toilet but very little light at the mirror. The shower controls could only be reached while inside of the shower. The cold blast of water on you was not fun. the sliding barn door on the bathroom was very hard to get to stay shut. Had to share with everyone what I was doing in there. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. The lobby had some weird music playing so loud the front desk people could not hear you when you were talking. Maybe that is on purpose. The thing that really bothered me the most was that everything had a cost. There is no free coffee in the room so I ordered a pot of coffee (4 cups) and ONE apple thing and It cost me $30. Yes the only thing luxury here is the cost. Save yourself $100 a night and go elsewhere. It will be the same experience.

No hot Water.
Great Room, except for there being no hot shower water. Shower handle fell off first morning, so only cold water. Had it fixed, only for it break off again next morning. Told the front desk on leaving and was offered so marriot points. Still not received them !

Nice Hotel. Great location. Super staff. Lobby too noisy between live music and recorded music. Art was a bit weird for me. But really a very nice hotel.

Meh
While pretty, the hotel infrastructure is already fatigued. The shower faucet was broken off making the shower unusable as the temperature could not be changed from between searing and scalding. On the other hand, the hot water in the sink came out only as a trickle. Additionally, the in-room coffee machine was missing a lid on the water tank, raising sanitary questions. When I was moved to a new room the a/c kept the room somewhere above 70 degrees f regardless of where I set the thermostat. Otherwise the staff was friendly and all else seemed fine.

Great Location in Columbus Short North but $$$$
My husband and I had a great stay. The location is fantastic - right in the short north across from The Pearl, blocks from the arena district, and near the convention center. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean. We just didn’t feel it was worth the $$$$. Parking is $30 a night or you can valet for $30 a night and have them bring you your car as often as you need. We thought this was pricey - but don’t usually stay at places we have to pay for parking (in DT Chicago we don’t have a car). It was a pleasant stay, but no frills. You are paying for the location.
