Nice hotel for a business trip

Nice clean hotel with great friendly staff. Breakfast was good and hotel restaurant was not a bad option for lunch. Language can be a barrier but solvable with google translate. Will stay here again on my next business trip.

No decent parking; only option is underground without an elevator to the lobby, problem starts there having to walk with luggage through car access ramp, not safe. Receptionist at check in was rude, she was full of attitude. Rooms are not clean, bathroom is minuscule. Toilet clogged and not fixed after 2 days complaining. Towels and bedding not replaced even after asked. Smelly towels, as well as pillows. Housekeeping, when they came, did not clean shower floor. Hotel does not give confidence that it is a clean place. Only exception to a really bad experience was the receptionist in the last day; Eduardo was helpful with a last minute issue we had. His good willing was not enough though, we’ll never stay there again.

O quarto é muito bom, a cama e o banheiro são excelentes. Porém, o isolamento acústico é muito ruim, escutava em todos os momentos pessoas abrindo portas e passando pelo corredor do hotel; Estava no 3º andar e foi muito difícil conseguir dormir devido a esses barulhos. De resto, o hotel é muito bem conservado e só tenho elogios.

Falta carregador de carro eletrico. Quarto limpo.Custo benefício bom, café da manhã pode melhorar. Uma observação interessante para ajudar na excelencia do serviço, no café da manhã, tem um lixo grande, esse lixo tem como pisar para abrir, porem a maioria dos garçons, abriam o lixo com a mão para jogar coisas fora, sendo que poderiam usar o pé para abrir e fechar. Uma observação simples mas ajuda na higiene e previne muitas infecções por bactérias. Depois de abrir e fechar com a mão, iam até o balcão deles e pegavam pratos, talheres para repor, ou seja, com a mão suja. Apenas para contribuir, no mais gosto do hotel.
