Wonderful Hotel with great location
Arrived too early to check in front desk staff were great stowed our luggage and we were away. Room was comfortable but don't understand why there needs to be a glass window in the bathroom door. It rained while we were there and there were umbrellas for us to use...thank you. Great location next to the train station and walkable to all the sights in Florence. Plenty of variety for Breakfast and the staff were very nice. Even for the tours you meet at the Train station so only 3 min walk to meet the Tours.

The hotel was in a great location. The decor was trendy and modern - a contrast to most of Italy. Staff was very professional and responsive. Room was clean and well provisioned.

Great stay. The only (minor) issue was the Wifi. It could be better. Great breakfast and fun little bar served by Massimo, a fantastic barman and person.
