Walks, from the hotel, on the hotel's website were good, especially to Alderley Edge. Children's size ( also available to adults ) plant based breakfast was very good. Hotel is at the end of Alderley Edge High Street, so in easy walking distance of the many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores there.

Needs some tlc in the rooms. Ive stayed in better Travelodges! Curtain handing off window, stains all over the walls, lights hanging from fittings in bathroom, shower over bath but zero screen. For an ideal location in Alderly Edge the accommodation is dire. Only saving grace was it was a 1 night stay and breakfast was nice

A really well positioned hotel for Alderley Edge and surrounding area. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast options and quality of food was very good. The only thing that let our stay down and the reason for 3 stars was the rooms. They were very tired and could have been better maintained - scuffs on walls, dripping tap, toilet that didn’t flush properly and untidy sealant in bathroom. We also asked the cleaner to re-clean the room as there was dust and a cobweb which was done without fuss or delay. If they would just spruce up the rooms this would be a great hotel and worthy of 4 or 5 stars.
