Give it a try
As a first timer, the etiquette was a bit foreign but after a few explanations I was right at home. This place is cool, the capsule was surprisingly comfortable and roomy, and I got a great sleep. And the price was reasonable!

I will always remember my first time..in a capsule
I had a great stay here during my 3 night visit. It's my first time in Tokyo and experiencing the capsules. Great location, close to convenience stores and the station. Free drinks machine and message chairs are also a big plus! The communal showers and bath spa is great too. For the rest of my trip I had hotels booked, I actually cancelled and booked capsules for the remainder of my stay, as I was so impressed. This chain of capsule hotels is a little better than others as it offers spa facilities, free drinks machines. You also get the basic essentials you usually get at capsule hotels stay such as toothbrush, shaving kits, loungewear and slippers. Overall I'd say do not hesitate, it's greats!

My home in Tokyo
This is my 3rd time staying here. Love the location and everything else. It’s very clean, convenient, comfortable and amazing. ll be bummed if I don’t go to Tokyo alone or with a male companion since I won’t be able to stay here.

I have stayed here many times. I like that it is next to Shinjuku (JR) and the Bus Stations.

If you are looking for a convenient and budget-friendly hotel to stay, this is definitely the spot. It is only about a 3-minute walk from the JR Shinjuku turnstiles. Upon arrival at Shinjuku station for the first time, make sure you exit through the Mariana Tower exit as this will give you the easiest path to the hotel. If you walk past the Victoria sporting goods store, you are on the right path. Very clean hotel and you have more space than you think you will. I slept comfortably throughout my stay here.

Great pod hotel next to shinjuku train station and close to lots of good food and bars. Unbelievable bath house/ onsen. Has all amenities you need

Pleasant experience
It was an interesting experience staying at my first capsule hotel in Tokyo. You have to remove your shoes and put on slippers to enter the reception area and once checked in you get a locker, which is barely big enough for a backpack nevermind a suitcase, but you can keep you suitcase behind reception if needed so no big deal. The communal showers with artificial onsen are on the 2nd floor, and the communal relax area is on the 3rd which offers free soft drinks all day with free wine at night. All rooms are then on all higher floors. There is only one lift to get between floors, which can take a while during busy periods. The capsule bed was surprisingly comfy. There is a large selection of manga to choose from, all in japanese of course. And all amenities you'd need for an overnight stay are available, toothbrush, comb, hairgel etc. I stayed here for 8 nights while in tokyo, I'd limit my stay in a capsule to 3 nights max in future.
