Fair
False advertising, horrible experience
Worst Four Seasons on planet earth hands down (I've stayed at a few dozen Four Seasons). 1) you can't take taxis to or from the hotel, because there is no street to the hotel, and the single lane road that runs in front of the hotel has perpetual stand-still traffic, and takes on average about 30 minutes to navigate from 2 blocks away, and cars can't wait in front of the hotel since its a single-lane and there is no parking, so unless you are there outfront waiting the moment the taxis arrives, which takes 30 minutes from 2 blocks away while the taxi app says the car is 2 minutes away. The only time you would use this road is if you're in a wheelchair and you forgot your wheelchair. Of course they don't advertise this fact, obviously they are not interested in properly informing their guests of what a horrible experience they have to look forward to with not being able to order taxis to/from the hotel. 2) I've never in my life been to a hotel of any star rating (let alone the undeserved 5 stars this place has) that doesn't offer a Do Not Disturb feature on the rooms. 99% of hotels these days have buttons inside the room for this, but some older hotels have placards you place on your door-knob. This alleged Four Seaons has neither, so have fun dealing with house-keeping strolling into your room when you least want it. 3) there are no less than 7 switches that are needed to operate the lights in the room, some on the floor. Have fun turning on/off the lights. I could go on.

Very good
Great location. Very convenient.
The quality of the hotel and its service was as is expected of the Four Seasons. Very good. The location is an ideal launching point for a visit to Moscow. You are literally right next to Red Square and the Kremlin. There are also two metro lines right outside the front door which is the most convenient way to move around a city notorious for its traffic congestion. The only drawback to the location was an apparent shortage of restaurants nearby. The only negative was that the WiFi seems to be very spotty and I had a number of challenges connecting for meetings, etc...
