Is bad experience with front desk personnel so rude and non professional at all, housekepping nock 1 time after that open immediately that piss me off. The room smells bad.

My daughter found a spider in her bed and there were flies in around the sink. The room looked like they haven't cleaned it for years. The tub was just gross and the ceiling had pieces that were falling off. Just a horrible stay!
