One staff member tried to make an unauthorised copy of my credit card on his personal mobile phone. Should have potentially called the police. Surplus to this, staff were overall rude, unhelpful, lacking genuine empathy. AVOID STAYING HERE if you can do so. Hotel is in a decent enough location. Cleanliness below standard. Amenities suitable but outdated.

Handy to rail. Noisy area due to busy streets and intersection close by. Not much in the way of shops, mainly bottleshop and a very expensive IGA.

Honestly, spend you’re money elsewhere.
The windows didn’t open, the TV didn’t work, the air con didn’t work, the sink didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, their contact phone number doesn’t work, there was more things in the apartment that DIDN’T work rather than did. The staff at the counter were friendly but not overly professional. The good thing however was the space of the apartment, fair sized room for what you pay. Not a horrible stay, but also not worth the money that I spent on it.
