Beautiful view, but room could have been better

The view was amazing. We opted for a king spa room. We were excited to try out the jetted tub but when we opened our towels, there were huge brown stains on the towels. Minor set back. We turned on the gas fireplace and tried to relax with some tv before dinner. One of our TVs did not work and the fireplace kept flickering off and on every 30 seconds. Was disappointing.
