Wonderful stay
When we checked in there was a tv in both bedrooms but none in the living room. I asked at the desk and the manager jump right to it and ran himself to get one and put it in. Everyone there is so nice and bends over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. Our room was perfect on the main floor so no stairs for this old lady. The ones doing breakfast were so sweet and made sure everything was cooked just the way we asked for it. This was not my first stay here and it will not be our last. Thank you to all of them that made our stay so nice.

Very comfortable and easy, but nearby noise
Roomy and well appointed suite! It had a full kitchen with roomy fridge and even pots and pans! Oddly, we saw no coffee maker though. Great closet space. The included breakfast was wonderful. Service was also friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the very loud music coming in presumably from some nearby bar. (It was a Sat. night.) Reception assured us it would have to end by 10pm, according to law. It did. But if you have an early morning wake time or want a quiet evening, ask for a room on the quiet side of the building.

Great location, excellent breakfast, free shuttle from the airport. There are tiny ants in the kitchen but I guess that's to be expected in Costa Rica. Wish we had a couple small pots and a tea pot. Otherwise, the unit was excellent and the bed so comfy. Handheld showerheads and a free shuttle to the airport would be a great addition. Overall, our stay was great, especially considering I had a dental surgery. It was a very convenient place to recover. Highly recommended!

Great accommodations for the money
Roomy suite especially at the price. Full size refrigerator and well equipped kitchen. Bed and pillows were excellent. The only things not in room that usually are, tissues and an iron. Roomy shower but shower head was ugly and stained. These were minor issues and didn't overshadow how nice the room was. It had the quietest a/c unit we've ever not heard in a motel. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Friendly staff. The restaurant in the hotel was outstanding.
