8/10 Very good

Excellent stay for three nights. Superb room. Cleaning and Reception check out staff exceptional. Let down by breakfast service which was problem each day. Forgotten orders. Quality food but unacceptably slow service each day up to an hour delay for main course. Upon serving, most dishes were cold and upon complaint plates obviously just put under microwave or heater when promised a fresh one. Eggs Benedict was excellent and hot for two out the three days.

Great stay, fantastic breakfast, fantastic evening meal, friendly staff. Room could be a bit bigger and bathroom needs some TLC.

10/10 Exceptional

Friendly helpful staff. Room clean, but hot, but a fan was supplied. Tea coffee choc and biscuits available in the room. The shower was good, toiletries nice. Breakfast was fantastic. The croissants were big and warm. The eggs benedict were cooked to perfection and the staff were very attentive, with more coffee if required. Only slight minus, was that we overlooked the car park so we could hear everyone going to their cars.... but as it was a Sunday morning it wasn't too early. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
