We did have to search a bit for an ice machine to find out we needed to head to the front desk, but the agent was very helpful. The piano is a beautiful touch and adds to the atmosphere, but it makes it so VERY LOUD on a busy evening! All in all it was a great stay. The young man that checked us in was very polite.
