Could use some updates but it was clean, super friendly and helpful staff. Warm pool with a sauna, quiet, safe and good price. Our room was also pretty spacious.

Room was clean. Got a great recommendation for a dinner spot. Good location. TV didn’t work but someone came to the room quickly to fix the problem.

Super clean room, very friendly staff, awesome breakfast! The kiddos spent hours in the pool, and we loved the giant TV. Would highly recommend!

A great place to have a quick visit - clean - good location!

10/10 Exceptional

I have stayed multiple times and each time the staff has been helpful. The room is very comfortable, great water pressure and the bed is the most comfortable I have had in a hotel. They even leave 4 pillows, 2 firmer and 2 softer which makes it a better choice for a person.

We had a great stay at Quality Inn after enjoying a day at Gooseberry State Park and Leif Erikson Rose Garden. Alonzo at check in was very personable and check in was easy and quick. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool in the evening. Breakfast was above average for hotel breakfasts. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Duluth.

10/10 Exceptional

It was a weekday stay, quiet and clean environment. Breakfast was typical of a budget hotel. Docs gymn is just a few blocks away and Schack restaurant and liquor store 1 block away.

We have stayed here twice now. Not too crowded. The scrambled eggs actually taste good. There is an additional sink outside of the bathroom, which is great for when you need to get ready while the bathroom is tied up. Pillow lovers will appreciate that there are 4 pillows for each queen bed.

I stay there whenever I’m in the area. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable! The pool area is also well maintained, and don’t get me started on the breakfast!! Keep up the good work. We will be back!!

6/10 Good

An older hotel. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was average compared with other hotels. Nothing to eat but an apple for my vegan family member. Carpet in my room smelled like feet. Smoke detector at the entrance outside my room chirped all night. No soap stocked in the bathroom so we used our own. We did not shower. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe. It was less expensive than many of the other hotels we looked at in the high demand Duluth area, so it came as no surprise that it would be less than perfect. Overall, I have no regrets since all we needed was a place to sleep before continuing on our road trip.

10/10 Exceptional

Staff stopped in each day to see if we needed anything, Room was large, bed was comfortable, liked the 2 sinks, wifi was good but not secure, breakfast was fair to good where eggs and sausage weren't very warm. The room was very damp-maybe somewhat weather-related-hard to get comfortable.

4/10 Fair

Helpful staff and clean. Pool is nice. However, no water in fridge. Mattresses felt like air mattresses. Was not a comfortable experience. For the price would have expected better.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was very cleanly and the staff was very polite. The pool isn’t super cold so you can get right in, and the hot tub was soothing. Overall a great stay!

Nice spot for a night passing through. The hot tub was nice and hot. The shower water was wonky scalding hot or freezing. I appreciated the spacious room, 2 sinks, microwave and fridge. The property rooms could use some updating.

The location had me a bit concerned when we drove up to the hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by the interior. The breakfast was standard fair. We were a disappointed that we weren’t allowed to check in 30min early(we arrived at 2:30).
