This Hotel is in wonderful condition and very clean. Staff was very pleasant, food in bar and restaurant was very good and plentiful. Views are beautiful of the mountains. Excellent place to stay.

Receiving feedback is important and a skill
While the service was a little different due to covid restrictions this didn’t get in the way of a lovely time in revelstoke. I would have appreciated being given a broom to sweep the floors seeing as we were staying for 7days without cleaning service. The disappointment was actually upon checkout. Being asked by the clerk how my stay was I said, it was lovely and that I had one comment on the pillows being too firm and full for me and that I had to sleep on a sweater instead. About to suggest that it might be good to have an alt offering for those who find these too aggressive to sleep on she said “yeah it’s a hit or miss really some people love them, so I suggest you bring your own from home next time if you’re a fussy sleeper” this is not the way I would expect customer feedback to be received. I would also suggest you shouldnt be happy that customer comfort is be “hit or miss”.. a sour end to an otherwise nice trip.

A beautiful winter chalet style hotel. Big crackling fire in the lounge. Had dinner and breakfast, both very nice meals. Removed from Revelstoke, so not convenient to town, but we were only there for one night, so not an issue.
