Nice hotel and great location. Very expensive. There was no information provided in the room noting services, checkout procedure, etc. Maybe I’m old school, but I like to check into these things on arrival. When I asked about getting wine in my room when checking in, I was told there was a cold beer and wine store across the street so I assumed no room service. Didn’t have time to sort it out. Tried to book the spa online ahead of time and this wasn't available. Had to call in to arrange. These things shouldn’t be that hard to do for a place that cost $400 a night.

Very nice suite , clean and comfortable. It needed a comfy chair. The only places to sit were dining room chairs or the bed. The bedside tables were huge and dangerous. Easy to knock yourself on through the night.
We had a corner suite facing the Main Street that got a little street noise around 5. A bit more coffee pods would have been nice.
