At home with Bishop Lei
Very nice place to stay. Helpful staff, excellent pickup from the airport express train station in Central. Nice swimming pool. Local bus service outside the front door. A very good Indian cafe nearby.

Good location, good facilities including restaurant, pool and shuttle. They made my room available earlier than check in time and provided me with a free breakfast. Staff is not welcoming and bossy.

Good hotel
Great hotel, location is pretty good, close to a lot of things but the trek up can be challenging for some. Hotel Lifts take forever to come! The gym only has basic treadmill, elliptical, rowing and bike - no weights...

Poor
Staff were extremely unhelpful and unrealistic. Unwilling to assist in making my customers who have a terminal illness, comfortable during their stay.

Great location and hotel
We had a great stay here. This hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, and more importantly the escalators! Would highly recommend getting the bigger room as the rooms are quite small across HK. We booked the Deluxe Suite and had the bed in another room which was great as we had space to put our bags! The staff is friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus is also really handy to get to the key transport hubs/areas to get around. Recommend using the trains which are quick and efficient and very easy to navigate. Overall had a great stay here!

Good All Round Hotel
We found the staff helpful and friendly. The reception area can get busy. Location for us was fantastic- near Central and far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. The hotel provided a free daily shuttle bus to and from HK Station which was real handy. Hotel is also near the mid level steps/escalator and from there lots of little shops to visit and heaps of places to eat. There's also a nice large park and a free small zoo down frm the hotel that's worth a visit. Our room was clean and had all the usual amenities and everything worked. Very important to bear in mind that space is a premium in HK and room sizes can be very small. So if there's more then one guest and you're staying longer then 3 days- pay a little more and get a bigger or Delux room. The standard room is too small. This is a good all round hotel that doesn't cost to much with helpful and friendly staff and I do recommend it but read all the reviews and make up your own mind.

No regrets would stay again.
Great location and good value for the price. I would definately stay again and glad I chose this place over a number of more expensive options. There is an escalator system near by so no need to huff up the hill. If you want twin beds make sure you send the hotel advance notice as I had booked a twin room but had to share a double bed with my friend. It's not guaranteed they can fulfill the request. They should really change the set up in the system to guarantee the right type of bed at time of purchase.
