Stayed for a night while on vacation to escape the heat. The rooms are recently remodeled and very clean. The A/C was crisp and the beds were comfy. Kids loved the water park and the arcade. Breakfast was pretty basic.

over all was a good hotel stay, very quiet, good staff but, pool area could have been cleaner and bathtub was very slippery
Verified review

6/10 Good

For $250/night we would have have appreciated higher quality towels. Housekeeping didn't come to our room to replenish towels. The pool area was ok. Hot tub was more like a warm tub. Front office staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient. Breakfast was good. Room was clean upon arrival. Mattress was not at all firm which for me made sleeping comfortably difficult. I'll look elsewhere the next time we travel to Minocqua.

Everything was really clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable. The only issue I had was the inroom TV controller wasn't the easiest to navigate, but I didn't really spend a lot of time watching tv. Overall, I would stay here again.

immaculate place well cared for. staff is upbeat, friendly Northwoods vibe. this was a return stay for us. 4 stars on the amenities only because of the weird setup that the bathroom doors feature. same as last year, literally a squeeze to get in and yeah we are just normal size. breakfast bar was solid with a nice selection. we will be back next year !
