Not a kid friendly hotel
Very disappointed.I was looking forward my stay; however, I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated. My kid was playing in the lobby with my friend’s kids when an employee yelled at us that the hotel lobby “this is not a playground” in front of others guests. I didn’t like her comment, because the kids first are only 3, 5 and 9 years old and secondly they weren’t breaking anything, they were just playing around. I tried to ignore her sassy comment, however, she kept making little comments and I couldn’t hold in anymore, so I tell this employee the kids age so she understand it’s hard to keep toddlers to stay still, she tells me the lobby is for hotel guests, when indeed I’m a hotel guest. If they don’t want kids at the hotel then make it a only adult hotel. I was very disappointed specially the whole island it’s all about kids entrainment.

Enjoy this location, except.
Property was excellent. Used my earned discount with hotel.com but property still charged me the difference I received as a discount, I had to stop in and have them fix it. The person seemed not as knowledgeable about your process. Massage facility was nice, therapist left here phone in the room and it rang during my experience. Not happy about that.

Very thin walls
The hotel was nice but obviously you have people drinking, the walls are way to thin. Every night up till about 2-3am we wpuld hear nonestop laughing and just loud behavior from the conjoining rooms and hallways. We stayed at the gatlinburg location and didnt have these problems.
