Clean and comfy , this is our second stay .. we enjoyed our stay like before.. but recommend not to book with breakfast .. breakfast is only a set menu from old town white coffee in side the adjacent shopping centre..

We stayed overnight for an airport transfer. Very easy to get to by taxi 65MYR, arrived and the 2 bedroom apartment was clean, with all amenities and the beds were very comfortable

Convenient & comfortable, easy to get food and entertainment, the hotel just above shopping mall. Parking is not free and you have to pay. The service should be better if the receptionist could make the process for checking in faster. But credit for the check out. Deposit for RM300 is quite high.

The good about Citadines DPulze is its location and proximity to food outlets. A lot of them!. Rooms is big and condusive. The stock of cooking cutleries and utensils are really useful and highly appreciated. Beds are a little bit hard. Showers are slow when both bathrooms are being used simultaneouly. Swimming pool is catered to adult only. No kid's pool. Overall - satisfied with the hotel and will come again.

IMPROVEMENT Needed on Carpark and Breakfast
Shared car park in shopping mall with limited reserved car park for guest. Have to paid RM2 per entry during weekend. A lot of guest complaint on the difficulty to locate a bay. The fact of this situation should be highlighted in the facilities section so that the guest who book the hotel knowing that there is chances to face such situation. Breakfast is served by Oldtown White Coffee in the shopping mall. Unfortunately, their staff (foreign worker) are inexperienced enough to serve the crowd of guest. I saw insufficiency of seat for guest, extra long waiting time for certain items ordered (kaya & butter toast), serving number taken away before food fully served and being told that food are all served.

3) Upon check-In at 10pm on 20/09/2019, we felt that the air-conditioner in two bedrooms and one living room are not functioning well. I had made two calls to the front desk required the person in charge to fix the problem as we are tired for the long journey. The person in charge came to our room for twice time, the problem still unfixed. In the end, the person in charge told us that they couldn’t do anything and the air-conditioner is breaking down. I had requested to change a room for us as we cannot bear a 3-star hotel does not have air-conditioner. Kindly be understand that we came here for a vacation instead for a hardship. However, they said the hotel is fully booked and they cannot do anything, ask us to wait for tomorrow morning and find the manager. 3) The next day, I go to find the manager and would like to ask for fully refund or compensation. This is because all of us have to attend my graduation, due to the non-functioning well air-conditioner, all of us cannot rest well and doesn’t have good spirit to attend the graduation ceremony. Furthermore, I would also like to complaint the attitude of the manager as he/she does not want to meet with me and apologize to it, instead he required me to settle this problem via e-mail. 4) I would like to emphasize that the room itself was like a sauna and there is no fan at all. My dad and mum are an aged person and they have high pressure which required good rest. Such a room gave my parents a headache and high pressure
