Very upset with my booking experience. I booked the best suite with 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. I was very upset. Because I was forced to choose one of those options as they would not cancel and refund me even though they couldn’t not give me the original suite I paid for and booked The breakfast was horrible and the downgraded room was not nice and is not a 5 star. I’m still very upset about how they handled the situation. I even asked them if they can at least charge me for the lower room price as we need the 3 beds and had to downgrade and they Would not! They still kept my money.
