The hotel is conveniently located next to Mineirão. The rooms are in bad shape, dirty walls, dirty floors, carpets are filthy and stained. This would not be a one-star hotel in the US, much less a 3-star property; beware.

Hotel necessita de reformas. Minha porta do banheiro estava descascada na parte de baixo porque cai água do chuveiro. Passei por um dia de forte chuva, a piscina ficou suja e ninguém limpou após três dias. Serviço de comida e bebida bem limitado. Oferece somente comida congelada.

Ótimo para quem for assitir jogo no Mineirão
O hotel é muito bom, mas não há isolamento acústico, o que torna o sono um pouco incômodo. Mas para quem quer assitir um jogo no Mineirão é excelente, pois fica há apenas alguns metros do estádio, sendo possivel ir a pé e permanecer nos arredores no bar da Brahma.

Consumo no hotel tem que pagar na hora, tendo que passar cartao a cada item que pegar ao invés de acertar tudo no check-out. Minha namorada ficou no corredor presa pelo lado de fora por uns 30 minutos pois o cartão de acesso nao abria a porta e só depois de todo esse tempo que ela teve auxílio por um funcionário. Enfim, nao recomendo apesar de boa localização.

Bom para uma passagem rápida
No geral foi bom. Os atendentes foram atenciosos e adiantaram o café da manhã para facilitar quem estava na cidade para fazer a prova do concurso, mas não disponibilizaram o late check out, que eu acho que poderia ter sido feito se eles tivessem se organizado. Eu não consegui de jeito nenhum conectar meu celular no wifi e isso pra mim foi muito ruim. A funcionária disse que era do meu celular, mas acho que não, pois isso nunca aconteceu em nenhum outro lugar. Acho que o hotel deve verificar a rede. Como eu precisava muito da internet pra estudar, ficar sem wifi foi péssimo. Por fim, as instalações são razoáveis, mas o banheiro é um pouco apertado. Acho também que falta colocar no quarto lixeira para lixo reciclado separado do lixo comum.

Razoável. Tipo tinha garagem, mas estava cheia. Ar condicionado vazando dentro do quarto e pingando na cama. Rodapé ao lado do ar condicionado podre e com buracos. Toalha tinha uma boa e uma ruim, ja poída. A arrumadeira entrou no quarto, arrumou a cama e trocou as toalhas. Mas não limpou o chão do banheiro.

O melhor é a localização, muito próximo do Mineirão, fica 5 minutinhos a pé, porém, o quarto luxo casal é muito pequeno, havia reservado com cama de casal e me disponibilizaram um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, realizaram a troca de quarto, porém, só tinha um no térreo com cama de casal (não era tão bom, pois ouvia-se barulhos da recepção do hotel e também da rua). O frigobar não estava funcionando, solicitei que olhassem e consertaram ele, mas demoraram nesse atendimento, caso tivesse algo muito perecível provavelmente teria perdido. No geral, é um bom custo benefício, mas não faz jus a descrição "quarto casal luxo".
