THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT THE ROOM WE SELECTED FROM WOTIF AND WHAT WE GOT. AS I GET CLAUSTOPHOBIC THE ROOM ON WOTIF LOOKED VERY LIGHT AND ROOMY. THE ROOM WE GOT WAS SMALL, NO WINDOWS IN THE BEDROOM, AND A SMALL WINDOW IN THE CORNER OF THE LOUNGE. IT WAS PITCH BLACK AT NIGHT AND WE HAD TO LEAVE A LIGHT ON ALL NIGHT. WE WENT STRAIGHT DOWN TO RECEPTION ON ARRIVAL AND ASKED FOR A BETTER ROOM. THE WOMAN SAID THERE WAS NONE AVAILABLE.WHEN I SHOWED THE WOMAN THE PHOTO I HAD BASED THE ACCOMMODATION ON, SHE SAID WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT NECESSARILY WHAT YOU GET. TO USE THE DRYER ABOVE THE WASHING MACHINE WE HAD TO STAND ON A CHAIR TO REACH THE KNOBS AS THEY WERE JUST UNDER THE CEILING. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

First time staying with this lot. Never again dirty shower fridge was iced up and rattled all night Bed was like a rock. Parking was ludicrous miles away from the actual hotel plus had to pay extra to park the car. Was all about the mighty dollar. When booked I thought it was $150 for the night on checking my bank they took 206$ apparently a cancellation fee!!!! Didn’t cancel. Dish washer was out of order. No meals offered. I will definitely not be recommending this particular hotel to family or friends. Very dissatisfied. Plus had the air conditioner but no control to turn it on. Had a Skye unit but was not connected???

Great location on the Square. Room had a great view. Good sized room. Good, friendly housekeeping service. Bed in Room 509 OK but not great. Needs better pillows. Too thin. Close to restaurants and pubs. Would stay there again.
