A terrible experience. I had to ask for maid service multiple times and only got it a couple of times during the week I was there. Even when they came they barely touched the room. The facilities are old and need major updating. Pics look much better than the real life version. The gym is tiny and the “hammam” is barely that. A total dump

The value doesn't match the enjoy, expansive but not so clean, sofas are not clean, old furniture and smelly, windows are dusty and not clean from outside, you can't see what outside, swimming pool is uncovered, not as said " indoor ", the breakfast very poor and it is not delicious, i am not repeating this in this hotel.

My door would not close properly. I called maintenance and a worker showed up to adjust the door. He failed and said that he would send a carpenter. The carpenter never showed up. The drapes were pulled on my windows. When I opened them to get fresh sunlight in, I had a view of a dirty window and a wall with another dirty window 2 feet away from my window.

There were no towels available! Unbelievable, but a sad truth. We asked for a non-smoking room, and guess what, we were in an ashtray. After we learned that they had given our room to another person. How did we find out? I opened the door and the other guest was there in MY ROOM! Will never come back there! Nor to any of their partners.
