Great staff, good sleep
We stopped here for 1 night and had one of the best sleeps ever. Please email me what mattress you have in your rooms :D Staff was very welcoming and polite. Not like in other hotels or hotel chains where staff have to be nice because of the job. As we arrived before checking in, we could leave our bags at reception. Bags were already in the room, when we arrived back. On the day of the departure we also could leave bags before we left to go back home. Room was spacious with a little hidden kitchen corner - drinking water from the tap, tea/coffee facilities, fridge and even a microwave. Ideal location. We will stay here again and cannot wait for the Edinburgh hotel to be open.

Would not stay here again, whilst a central location room was not great. USB sockets by bed didn’t work, air con noisy, blackout blinds poor, very cheap pull cord that on one window was broken, blind just tumbled to base of window. I would not join their member club as this does not offer discount as indicated on direct payments to hotel, if you book via a third party.

Pleasant Stay
Perfect location, particularly with the new Elizabeth line down the street, making for an easy trip to/from Heathrow. Close to everything, shopping, sights, and lots of food options. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Great quality for the value, all in all a lovely stay.
