Very good 8.0
The room was pretty impressive, I have to say! Really large size room for London - perhaps because I think it was an accessible room. The in-room kitchenette was great! They had filtered water from the tap, dishes, microwave, etc. All very helpful. The room was also pretty quiet - the only annoying thing was being close to the entry door for the hallway. However, the hotel felt very secure and that was comforting given that it feels like it's in a bit of a dodgy corner (even though it is an overall nice area). What really stood out though was the customer service from the reception. Particularly wanted to say that Dialma was amazing! And she was just in training! She was there the night I arrived and there again the next morning. She was so helpful, friendly and efficient and I really appreciated her help. Konrad was also super nice when I checked out of the hotel. Kudos to the hotel management for hiring such friendly people, which seem to be in rare supply these days! This hotel was not previously on my radar for Soho and I found it due to my favourites being booked. However, it's now on my list!

Great location and value
This is a lovely boutique hotel in a terrific location, in the heart of Soho and just a few blocks from bustling Oxford Street. It looks newly renovated and all the facilities are in top condition. The lobby is really nice and comfortable with comfy sofas seats and lots of natural light. I had a twin room which was decently sized, not tiny as so many hotels in London can be. The room and bathroom decor are modern and stylish, and they even have a mini kitchen area with a microwave, sink, fridge, dishes, cutlery and a Nespresso machine. They don't have dishwashing liquid (you need to ask at the front desk) so I felt guilty about leaving dirty dishes in the sink but the housecleaning team are terrific and they clean-up everything really well every day. My room had lots of light and as the hotel faces a very quiet street, there's no noise even though I was only on the second floor. The windows don't open so you are at the mercy of the air-conditioning system. The AC vents in my room are directly in front of the bed so that can be a problem as you feel the cool/hot air blowing right at you while you sleep. I had to cool the room first and turn off the AC before I slept. There's a big TV suspended from the ceiling and it has a great interactive system that offers information on nearby restaurants in addition to the TV channels. But the channels are limited and there's no CNN! The mattress is sadly too lumpy and needs to be better.

Overpriced tiny room
Our room was no bigger than a decent sized walk-in closet, and quite expensive considering the size/amenities😬 We arrived around 12:30 am Saturday morning & were booked thru Sunday morning (two nights). Upon waking up on Sunday morning after our first full nights rest, and recovering from jet lag as we traveled overseas, we called to see if we could get a late check out (which was noted to be very accommodating if possible.) When we called they put us on hold to check, and came back and told us that would be fine but we’ll have to pay for every extra hour we stay. Considering we checked in so late we thought it was a bit absurd, especially on a Sunday morning, end of October. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were hard as rocks, sound proof windows are the only way they can charge what they do & get people in there given the location. We have now stayed at 3 other 4/5 star hotels in London and we clearly got the short end of the stick at Nadler. I’d advise looking elsewhere, unless you need to stay right in the middle of the party. We won’t be returning.

Poor experience
My stay was for two nights for business. I've stayed at this hotel about a dozen times, once a month. I'm always greeted the same way: "Is this your first time here?". I paid for an upgraded room and was put in the handicap room right next to the lobby door. The bathroom had no tub or shower stall, just a showerhead so that a wheelchair could be rolled in. I asked for my room to be changed and the front desk moved me across the hall. I was told that someone had to get the handicap room even though other rooms were available. This room had a tub/shower combo that was ok but the bathroom has no heat. When I sat at the desk to work, there was plenty of light from the window. When I came back from the office and it was dark, I needed to turn on the tv for the sole purpose of having enough light on the desk. If yu are coming to London for business, you might want to look elsewhere.

Ultimate luxury and relaxed accommodation
This is an absolutely superb Hotel the accommodation is a 5-star standard. We booked a superior double room which was the ultimate in luxury immaculate bedding furnishings and a stunning kitchenette which provided clean Brita drinking water. The hotel is located on a non traffic side street off the main hustle and bustle Soho it is so quiet calm and relaxing you wouldn't believe you were so near to everything. The staff what professional polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be returning to this hotel very soon and we are looking forward to it.
