Bed were bit uncomfortable. they provided conditioner but forgot to provide Shampoo. Moreover reception closes at 5, so I was unable to lodge the complaint.

Extremely old , dated & in need of repair . No cups to make coffee . No knob on the fan switch . Extremely noisy with traffic passing . No where to buy food . I was happy the bed linen was clean .

We had room 15. The room was clean and tidy but we only got one bath towel, and no washcloth, the thermostat was hanging off the wall, half the lighting in the room was either not working or had no light cover, the staff said that they had supposedly redone the plumbing but the shower pressure was not good. We have stayed here before on just an overnight before a flight and it was fine with great water pressure in room 1, however this time they were booked out, so we couldn't get that room. It served its purpose but nothing to write home about. We could have had a much better experience had some maintenance been done.

There was broken tiles in entry to the room. As well as missing tiles in bathroom and loose tiles in bathroom. High risk of cutting feet. Floor not clean

Cheap but not cheerful. You might want to bring your shower thongs for this one. Reception closes bang on 5pm and there is no one around after that if you need anything. My unit had no toilet paper so I had to go and buy some. The light in my shower didn't work, the drain was clogged. The cleaner at this place should be sacked.
