This place is really good for those on a budget. The rooms are simple as are the bathrooms but everything was clean and secure. Great for students or others looking for affordable accommodation right in downtown TO.

Very modest room, not luxurious but clean, for the price and location it was excellent. The property has central air, It was a little hot but that's because I didn't check the vent, After I opened it the room was nice and comfortable, I asked for a fan and the manager gladly provided one. The location was excellent, 100's of restaurants within walking distance.

Overall, it’s fine. It’s just they tried to maximize the space and make rooms where there shouldn’t be.. it’s OK for the price you’re 12 minutes of walk from the CN Tower. It was extremely clean. I might see a lot of little negative things but in the end if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and wash quiet and you’re able to take a little bit of discomfort on some things, you’ll get an amazing weekend for a very cheap downtown Toronto. And I would be the first one to return to that place if I go back downtown Toronto.

Had a great stay, the staff was attentive and nice, the building and room were spotless. The room was spacies and the bathroom very clean and nicely finished, my hunny really liked the shower The interior looked like a mayor renovation just took place Great location, we walked to the AGO and had lunches and dinners at local establishments and they were very good. Great location for walking to different venues. Tim’s was a 4 minute walk. The only complaint was bed, hardest bed we ever slept on. We both woke up with sore backs but that could just be us. Highly recommend stying here

Located in the centre of Toronto, in a walking distance to pretty much all places in the city highlights. Decently priced compared to other places, and it looked it it was recently renovated. It was clean, had a clean bathroom, and didnt have weird smell. One of the beds was rock hard, which should be replaced, and the room didnt have any kitchen appliances such as a fridge or microwave. However overall, I think we would stay again for its convenient location, decent priceses, and cleaness.

I loved the parking in the back and how close it is to many restaurants. Very clean and quiet. Perfect for a nights rest.
