I would not recommend the property. I had a very bad experience. I mistakenly booked the property through Expedia for a transit overnight at KLIA2 on Oct. 15, 2022. I was not aware that the property could only be accessed before I checked through the immigration. What I did was looked around for the location of the property after the immigration counter and could not find it. I asked a security officer, and he told me that once I was already out, I could never return the property. After I realized I straight away made cancelation both to the hotel through the link provided by Expedia and to Expedia. I never got any reply from the hotel. However, I got a chance to chat through an online platform with a unanimous Expedia agent. Similarly, I lost hope, and I lost my money by mistakenly booking it. I never got a refund, and somebody got my money without any service rendered to me.
