The bathroom was not good . The edges were all stained . The curtain was stained too. When the staff when to clean the room they forgot to put the towels and the toilet paper. The mattress and pillow were not very comfortable but it was ok. Breakfast was ok. I really like the fried rice. Location is perfect if you’re a surfer and also for shopping and restaurants. But I wouldn’t come back because of the bathroom. Also the door from the balcony is not in good condition and it was hard to open and close.

Upon arrival at 2.15pm check in was not until 3pm. Then the allocated room was filthy floor wet clean towels dirty stains and the toilet flush running. I was then allocated another room which was not much better. I cut my looses and left 2 days early to a clean hygienic hotel.

Cheap but comes at a cost!
The place is like a hostel. It’s cheap and cheerful for the area but the photos were taken a while back. The rooms are basic. They are poorly designed - no blackout curtains, just some shutters, no soft close doors so people slam them closed - all night! - the fridge doesn’t get cold, the bed uncomfortable, one pillows each. Walls thin so could hear next door talking all night. The pool area had 5 sun beds and a bunch of beanbags - not enough for the size of the hotel. The decking around the pool was falling apart. Some planks sucking up, others you nearly fell through. Pool was freezing. Cocktails from hotel were cheap - but awful. Food was served from the nice rooftop restaurant which is cheap - but not the best. We only ate there as there was a storm that night and couldn’t be bothered to go out. I complained about the noise from the next room and asked to check out a night early as I’d booked 3 nights and has been kept awake since 3am on the first night when our neighbours returned from their night out. The hotel refused to let us cancel a night as we’d booked a non refundable rate. They did however move us to a family room 403 which was away from everyone else on the top floor. If booking and value your sleep treat yourself to this room as we slept much better and the room was spacious even though basic. The staff were very friendly and helpful so if you want cheap and cheerful and can sleep through anything then this is ok

Room was ok, very noisy. You can hear ppl walking on the hallway and the cleaners doing the rooms. We only stayed for a few hours mainly to have a place to stay while waiting for our flight. Tried to rest and get some sleep but it was too noisy. Room had a door that interconnected to the room next door. Ppl kept trying to open it which made it impossible to relax. Our room had access to the pool although it was convenient and an extra feature it was the only Pool in the building so you’ll have ppl swimming at your bedroom door. Bed was comfy but super noisy. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We ended up staying only for 4 hours thankfully.
