We had an amazing stay, the staff made us feel very comfortable and the hotel setting is lovely - just by the water, with its own private beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Não nos sentimos acolhidos, nossas mensagens antecipadas não foram respondidas. Não deram qualquer indicação nem sequer um mapa da região. Ponto fraco do hotel.

I stayed in the Knight suite for 7 nights. This is a beautiful property in a lovely location with excellent views. Unfortunately the managment was not up to the properties standard Although I booked a suite, My room was in the reception area and because of the poor sound proof. I could hear everything going on in the mornings which really disturbed my sleep. I could even hear the phone ring outside when I called reception myself ! I asked to change my room several times because of the noise but they didnt wan to upgrade me even though I was a VIP Gold. The house keeping was also a disaster. There was no service at all after 5pm. So even when I asked for extra towels or slippers or even a iron. I was told it wasnt possible because the house keeping room was locked ! The front desk was trained to just say.. " Well see what we can do " and then dissapear and never call back. I got that answer at least 3 times The Breakfast is good and the F&B staff are alot freindlier than the rest The lunch menu is bit boring and over priced but acceptable. Overall , I would say it is a beaitiful property with poor service and sound proofing. If your staying 1 or 2 nights you probably wont notice these issues but if your planning to stay longer. Bring your own towels and slippers !

It was the perfect place during Covid - close enough to town but secluded enough to enjoy the amazing views and not be around people

This was my first trip to Turkey....and my stay at Sign by Ersan was excellent. We chose it as an adults only boutique hotel...only 20 rooms and a very nice beach/seaside set up. Very helpful and friendly staff....our room was very clean (COVID-19 programs in effect) and comfortable. No TV....which was a nice break from the world news. Food was also excellent...the included Turkish breakfast was great! Very good value and easy 35 minute transfer from the Bodrum airport.
