Sehr schickes design Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof
Es war alles top. Es ist ein sehr schickes kleines Design Hotel in perfekter Lage direkt gegenüber vom Hbf. Das Zimmer war etwas kühl, aber Heizung funktionierte. Das Design des Hotels und des Zimmers war fantastisch. Sauberkeit auch gut. Optionales Frühstück für 10 Euro gut.

Wir hatten das Hotel extra aufgrund der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof gebucht. Zudem stand in der Beschreibung, dass die Preise für Parkplätze direkt in der Nähe deutlich unter dem Durchschnitt seien, wie bei anderen Hotels. Als wir vor Ort das Personal ansprachen, wo wir parken könnten, wussten Sie nichts von den Parkplätzen. Sehr schade .. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber.

Søde receptionister, fint lille værelse, men meget meget varmt. Ingen aircon. Godt placeret, men selvfølgelig lidt støj når mam bor hvor man gør. Alt i alt tilfredse.

Would not recommend anyone to stay there
This was a horrible experience for us. The entire hallway smells like someone has puked all over and that they have tried to cover it with air freshener. The rooms are nicely decorated but the bed looked like someone had slept in it and the bathroom floor and shower had pieces of hair and other dirt on it. The night we stayed there is was very hot outside. As we returned to the room it was incredibly hot and there was no AC. We tried calling down to the reception to get a fan but they did not have any and said all rooms are this hot so there is no point in changing rooms. We could not fall asleep and 05.30am we just decided to leave and go home (we were supposed to spend the day after in Hamburg). I would strongly advise anyone looking at this hotel to have a look at other options.

Værelserne er super fine - alt er nyt. Men der manglede kopper/glas på værelset, som man kan bruge til at drikke vand eller skylde munden med efter at have børstet tænder. Receptionistens undskyldning var, at det ikke må bruges pga Corona. Det burde laves om med pap-kopper, som man kan smide ud. Andet lille ting er, at det kan blive varmt på værelset - og når man åbner vinduet kommer larmen fra Kirchen Alle - en travl gade. Så vælget står mellem varme eller larm. Bortset fra det,et dejligt hotel, der ligger helt perfekt.

A bit noisy. When ever someone closed a door else where, we could gear it inside the room. No AC, so needed the window open...

Do not expect help of something does not work
We had problem with toilet in our room, after we spoke with reception, that is in the other building, there was no help to get.they told us they will come and fix, we have been waiting for almost one hour and nobody showed up. We have not been offered new room or any compensation.
