Disappointing
Renovations to the atrium means that the rooms are very dark with no view. Room smelled musty & was very hot, with the only way to get rid of the smell being to leave a fan on all day

Great location. As far as Quest accommodation goes, this was not good...or maybe its just a NZ thing. The bathrooms were small but at least there was a stand in shower. Unfortunately there is either the back view (facing the motorway) or the front (facing street). We happened to be there when it was 25 degs (quite warm by NZ standards) - with the setting sun, it was hot (even by Aussie standards). Just one fan. Yikes! Lasting impression...lady on check out was just "overpowering" the guy. I just needed my change - instead she was telling the guy to take my $2 coin and give me $2 worth of coins so I could then pay my $1.14 in phone calls...er hang on. Why did she then take $1.20 from me in the end. Sadly I wasnt going to waste another minute.
