Honestly, this place was a delightful surprise. When arriving, it didn't seem like anything out of the ordinary but it was very nice. The restaurant had just been reopened in recent months and was great! We had time to enjoy the hot tub which was so nice after a week long of travel/sightseeing. I would highly recommend this place.

Always a very consistent and pleasant experience. Staff is attentive, welcoming and efficient. The property is truly immaculate and we enjoy the plentiful free parking. We did not use the indoor pool but it was being enjoyed by others and looked great. The room was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. High quality pristine bed linens and towels. Furniture looks brand new. We had a restful night - comfortable bed, great AC, room-darkening curtains and super quiet.

I have appointments in a Hamilton Hospital every three weeks and find the Visitors Inn close to the hospital and and the front desk staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always near and clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on.
