Global Hotel Panama

My wife and stayed 3 nights at Global Hotel in Panama. We had a king suite. The hotel is very modern and the room was very large with all the needed modern upgrades. Only issue I had with the room was the bathroom had no door to close it off. This could easily be fixed by installing a barn sliding door. Breakfast buffet is just ok and hallway leading to room had a musky vanilla smell. Was hoping to use the spa but it only has one spa attendant and they had finished early due to no customers. The front desk customer service was outstanding. Whatever the request, they would go above and beyond to try and fill. The room service food quality was also excellent with large portion sizes and very tasty. The area this hotel is located is okay. I did not find too many restaurants or entertainment in the immediate area; however, after walking a few blocks I did some. It is very safe to walk around Panama City day or night. WiFi signal strength and stability in this hotel is excellent.

Amazing, modern hotel and staff was wonderful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was great including all you could drink mimosas which was included in the room rate. We loved the pool and hot tub. This hotel is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend it. Located in a perfect spot within walking distance of lots of restaurants. We used Uber for transportation and could go anywhere in the city for $3. The hotel staff recommended wonderful restaurants for us every night that we loved.

My husband and I visited Grace panama hotel in November of 201. From the time you arrive into the lobby you can tell that you have just stepped into a land of pure luxury. The welcome champagne drink was a nice touch at arrival. the staff was great the entire hotel was clean from top to bottom. Turn down service each night came with delicious treats. The hotel shares the building with other businesses, I found out by going to a different floor by mistake. I thought that was kind of weird but not a big issues. Another issue I had while there was the guest room next to ours had their tv blasting after midnight. When my husband contacted the front desk and s security came to speak to out unruly neighbors they would not open the door and the noise continue. A phone call was made and the noise was over, other than that the stay was great. I did not choose the breakfast option and decided to eat at a local restaurant call nikos cafe for a very reasonable price meal. I will surely recommend this hotel anytime.

Quiet perfectly maintained modern hotel in the middle of the City, in a safe area for walking and with several nice restaurants near-by. Pool area was very nice, but we spent most of the time sightseeing out of the hotel. Staff was kind, and most of the people spoke English. One evening we were tired at decided to eat the the hotel restaurant. It was exquisite food, service was impeccable, so what else we could do. We went a few more times to eat there. The waiter would bring the large board with all the daily special, and they were like from the list in the best restaurants that we have ever been. I have to dwell about this, as it's not a know fact. I read in one Trip Advisor review that the reviewer was very pleasantly surprised with this in-hotel restaurant. This is not even close to how good this place was. Kudos to the Chief!

Stayed here for 3 nights then an overnight after we came back from Bocas. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were huge. Bathrooms were good but the bathroom on the first visit (room 1410) didn't have a door. Instead, there were clear glass doors for the toilet and another one for the shower. So, you can be seen from the sleeping area while sitting on the toilet. The 2nd room (room 1308) was much better with a bathroom door but the room was smaller. Beds were a little on the hard side. Breakfast buffet was very reasonable at $15 but quite lacking.
