The property and the staff were absolutely amazing! My only complaint is that if you are in the villas close to the checkin desk or Balam, you can hear EVERYTHING! The resort directly behind our unit played loud bass heavy music from 8:30-11:45 pm every single night, so it was hard to get a good night sleep. If kids or groups of adults were in the pool in the front of our unit, it sounded like they were inside our unit with us. I would definitely stay here again, but we would request to be in a completely different area of the property.

Abundance of beach chairs and umbrellas for shade. Excellent bartenders and above average tequila brands. Excellent and ALWAYS VISIBLE security officers at each and bar area Food was really good (above average for an all inclusive out of the 20 different Caribbean resorts I have stayed at. World class snorkeling you can walk out to from the beach and enjoy for free if you brought your own gear. Rooms WERE SPOTLESS!! My poolside room had a hose spout to wash off sand and gear. DirecTV with almost every American channel and movie channels too. I watched Sun, Mon, and Thurs night NFL games during my 11 day stay. Not a lot of night time activities (aside from karaoke) probably because it is an early morning dive resort Resort to the right (if your facing the beach) plays loud music until 11-11:15 each night which you will hear if you are in poolside room on that side of the pool Not many small crying children during my stay (maybe because it's an adult oriented dive resort) Beach vendors will walk by selling you just have to politely say no thank you (DONT Say "maybe later") and they will leave you alone. A group of 6 heavily armed police/military walk the beach to keep the area safe, multiple times a day

I liked the property just not the small souvenir shop, the fact that there was No Gym, no entertainment or activities for adults. Nor any entertainment in the waiting room.
