Could be better but not bad.
Pros: Great hotel reception staff. Nice and easy location. Secured, gated parking on site which I really like. Good restaurant and room service. Con: Typical QLD stinky smell in the bathroom from the floor drain. No menu/info book in room. Instant coffee sachets vs coffee pod machine (for the rating and cost I'd expect better). Room was serviced and dirty silverware was put back... gross. One of the beds had dirty foot prints on the top of the doona and there were several rips in the bedding. Would probably stay again but for the price expect better. - Summer S.

The Glen was a good place to stay. There restaurant and uni g facilities were great value for money . The pokies were good too with free refreshments .
