One of the worst experiences ever. Front desk staff is very rude to say the least, they don’t listen and don’t understand customers needs, and when we asked even for the most insignificant things they responded in a very rude and even no respectful manner. Room AC never worked and room smelled not clean. They never throughly cleaned the bathroom nor the whole room. Staff was not kind nor friendly at all.

When i book the hotel, the photo show there are 2 rooms with a family area. When we arrive the hotel, the staff reply us that they do not have this type of room. Feel unhappy on that. The shuttle bus service can be ignore at all.

Positive -Quiet area, away from main roads, pubs -Able to early check in at 9am if rooms are available -Rooms are big in size, standard room size looks like suite in other countries -Shuttle van(7 seater) to nearest Metro station, however, you need to inform desk to fetch to and pickup from station. If no request, no van will go proceed even its called "shuttle bus" -Email response are fast and friendly (please check bottom for more on this) Negative -Made arrangement for transport from airport to hotel with arranged timing/flight details. Driver was missing when we arrived, made severals calls to hotel to check status. Waited almost an hour and finally mentioned driver is on the way, but details were not clear and does not feel confidence on the driver, so manually arrange cab using Yandex -Reach Hotel, says we never meet driver, printed all our emails correspondence and blame us for not waiting for the driver while the driver to should wait us at arrival hall. -Force us to pay the hotel full amount for the transport or they will not check in for us into the hotel. Staff name was something "Tina" in russian -Felt bullied and needed to comply as we are tired from our long flight. -Shower water pressure is low, assume double of your time in shower, tested both 6th and 12th floor. -One of the night we reached back around 1am, and found short of one towel. We call housekeeping, / lobby 3 times. No ANSWER
