Exceptional
Great value for money right on the beach! Staff were wonderful even when I arrived at 2am! Rooms clean with a good shower and air con. Didn’t get time to use the pool or restaurant but looked nice. Close to everything in Negombo!

Very basic hotel, well situated on the beach and close to shops but very basic, Beds are comfortable ,pool is adequate food is very reasonable but service slow. There are few toiletries in bathroom and towels repaired well worn and grey as are sheets. Value for money would stay a night again. Staff are helpful ,

We stayed just a Iggy while transit to Nuwara Eliya. Room is clean, cosy and spacious room. Will definitely come back.

The room was bright and clean and the shower was great. I wasn't a great fan of the food but that was more personal food choice than the quality. The hotel is just off a busy street but it is quiet and feels secluded and is right on the beach.

Its atmosphere is good but they don't even provide drinking water as an amenity as it is a basic need of any traveller.

The room I got initially was filthy and after complaining they offered me a sea view room witch wasn’t bad but not worth for the money they were charging. No hot water no drinking water coffee or tea. You need to go to the reception for everything. I moved to Paradise Beach hotel which is few blocks away and I was glad I did the move. Beautiful room with sea view and the price is almost the same that I paid for Hotel J. I will never stay again at Hotel J and will never recommend anyone.
