Older but Nice
Everything was good but lots of homeless people walking around outside. Bathrooms are very small but still did it’s job. They ice machine was out of order, huge unconvinced. Lots of traffic, you can hear all of there noises. At. 9:30am Maid and the manager knocked on my door, thinking the room had been vacated, wanting to know when I was leaving.

Courteous staff. I received a phone call about an hour before I arrived asking my preference for the heater in the room. They said the temperature for me so it was warm and cozy when I arrived. Very thoughtful

We had a last minute booking and we chose this hotel based on past reviews and price. The manager, Brian was amazing. He called to ask if we would like him to turn the heater on prior to our arrival. He was so friendly and informative when we checked in and throughout our stay. The room was clean and quiet. We were very happy with the overall stay ... with the room, the service, and the price.

We were later than expected, and we knew this hotel closed their office at 10. I called to explain and the management went out of their way to be considerate towards us. It was freezing weather so they turned the heat on ahead of time. They coached us on how and where to park our trailer. Bryan even texted at almost midnight to get our eta. The room was clean and comfortable and there were services like food and groceries within walking distance. I’d stay again for sure!

Room was updated and clean. I used a white noise app on my phone to eliminate the street and neighbor noise. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the continental breakfast was yummy.

The room is small but very clean! I just have to wait for my $75 deposit refund. It’s been a couple of weeks and I haven’t been refunded yet. But overall, we are impressed by the room’s cleanliness and the hotel’s proximity and accessibility to stores and eating places.Thanks.
