Overall the hotel is great. Personnel was very attentive. Location is awesome. The only wrinkle was that our sink was dry slow to drain so we reported it, some guy came within a couple of minutes to fix it, he poured something into it and played with the drain for a while. He then said he was done, showed me that it was draining “better”, and it was but it didn’t last the night and it was back to the original issue. Also, on the third night, the hot water ran out for a few hours.

A good and decent option... maybe the temperature of the swimming pool can be improved, and the availability of towels & chairs there.

Awful stay! Really terrible. First I arrived and decided to lay down for a bit just to find out one of the pillows reeked of what I imagined was the last guest's sweat. So I call for a change in the lining, at this point I'm not even sure the rest of the room is clean. Not a single apology, the cleaning ladies even laughed as if it was some sort of joke that I had a dirty bed. The food service was also terrible. I ordered dinner in my room and they made me go down to pay because they couldn't charge me in my room... what on Earth did I wanted room service for if I had to go down anyways?! And all in all most of the hotel's workers didn't care about the guest experience and comfort. I mean I thought I had reserved at a Hilton, not some cheap seaside motel. Please, people, NEVER stay here.

Happy Guest!
We travel to Veracruz at least once a year and have been staying at this hotel. It feels like home away from home. Our friends always love walking on the beach. The accommodations are excellent, the food in the restaurant is delicious and it’s proximity to other places meets our needs. We have stayed here enough that some of the staff recognizes us when we return. We highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn.

Beautiful Ocean View Room's with Friendly Service
Friendly Service, Clean room and very comfortable beds, beautiful ocean view rooms. It was very windy one of the nights and the heater blew out of the wall, a service guy came up to our floor and screwed it back in.
