Exceptional
Great stay. Value for Money
Very friendly, welcoming and helping staff. Had a relaxed, pleasant stay. meeting with an international crowd of travellers. Easily accessible by metro and other forms of public transport.

Great hostel.
Great atmosphere, however rooms very small. A toaster in the communal area would be great and is normal for hostels. Safe and clean however which are my main priorities.

Mixed bag...
It's got a great location, but the bed was just inches from the next one and there is no privacy curtain. The shower unit was tiny. The place is not clean, there was all sorts of trash under my bed. The biggest problem though is noise, you can hear everything from the other rooms, people talking, having sex and the constant sound of footsteps as people go up and down the old creaky wooden staircase. I picked the place for the location, which you cannot fault, but for the money, the hostel could be a lot better. There is nowhere to stash you things in the room apart from on your bed, and no lockers in the room either. Check in staff were wonderful, but the guy doing the checkout was a total disaster as he worked incredibly slowly even though there were lots of people wanting to depart.

Nice Stay for Family
It was a great location and great size room for a family of 4. Nice shared kitchen/dining area and the kids love the foosball. Plus, the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have maybe a couch in the room and there was nowhere to hang up clothes or put them away in the room, so we had to live out of the suitcase. Just a few FYIs, there is no elevator. Our family room was on the 5th floor and we had to walk up and down the stairs, so keep that in mind. There were nice, big windows, but really no air conditioning in the room and it was busy outside so to get a breeze, be prepared for noise. But a perfect location for getting all over Paris and many places to eat and shop around. Plus, two metro lines and bus access. Overall, great for the price.

Worst then a 3rd world homeless shelter
Worst expiernce in. All of europe. Beds hard as a rock. No working facilities. No qualified or educated staff. And hostel is in a very ran down dangerous and hostile part of paris. Please dont stay here. I have been to 38 europe countries and i have never felt more terrified or uncomfortable til this place
