Great long weekend in Pennsylvania, upon checking in we were made aware that will our original room was not available however we were upgraded to a suite for the same price. Enjoyed the extra space, hot tub and the other amenities. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem! Each room is quaint and individually decorated with wood accents and lovely bedspreads. The gift shop is excellent and the fact you have the animal zoon in the back makes it all the more reason to stay here. We found this place by accident on the way to Fallingwater and have recommended it to three friends before we even checked out. Definitely stay here!!!

Very cool lodge! Issue the first night that was immediately fixed the next morning. Be sure to book the top floor because it’s extremely loud if you’re on the bottom floor. Walls are quite thin so ear plugs came in handy. Having a mirror above the jacuzzi was nice if you like to watch the action happening. The animal sanctuary ruled hard!

We stayed here for one night on our way to Fallingwater, and it turned out to be a memorable adventure in its own right for our whole family. Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, with the wonderful scent of real wood. It was such a refreshing change from hotel rooms that smell like cleaning products or artificial air fresheners. We felt like we were staying in a cabin in the woods and slept so peacefully. And of course, the amazing zoo deserves a special mention! Our kids could have spent the entire day there. You can really see how much love and care goes into every detail. This may well be the best small zoo we’ve ever visited.

We stayed here two nights with two grandsons. They enjoyed the Living Treasures exhibit and it was nice that after paying the entrance fee at (half price for those staying at the Lodge and Cabins), we could access the exhibit multiple times at no additional cost during the stay. The room was comfortable and the microwave and refrigerator were very helpful. Parking was easy, but if you are on the second floor, you will have to carry everything up steps.

This is such a cute little place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was a nice addition. The decor is not cheap and cheesy but appropriate for a cabin theme room. It is connected to the Living Treasures zoo, which I decided not to visit, but all in all, nice getaway for a couple. Highly recommend.
