Good place to lay your head.
The room was compact but had all the amenities we needed. Closet, safe, beds for 3, kettle, and washroom/shower facility. The bathroom was super tiny and could really have been cleaner. Didn't like picking out other people's hair in the shower when I first got there. Bed linens were very clean and in good condition; towels were lovely and thick. Big TV, not that we needed it. And the decorator had done a good job. Room was quiet, except for the family of pigeons outside the window. This was an issue in the morning as there was no air conditioning, so you needed to keep the window open to cool the room. The central location of this hotel was excellent. With King's Cross right there it was just a hop and skip to anywhere we wanted to be. The small park in the middle of the square also had potential though we didn't have time to sit and enjoy. Management was very helpful with arranging a taxi; even coming to check and then arranging a substitute when the first one didn't work out.

Poor1.0 / 5
Horrible experience with this hotel. The room was tiny and there is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom (sink, toilet areas), so the floor is always slippery with water. Also, the room was only cleaned every 2-3 days during our stay and only after reporting this to the manager. Trash was not cleaned; sheets not folded; no new towels.

Clean, quiet, convenient
Clean, neat, no-frills hotel, extremely convenient for Eurostar terminals and trains from St Pancras and Kings Cross to the rest of the UK.

Average hotel
The hotel is conveniently placed, next to the train station. The beds are comfortable but the bathroom too small and the water from the shower would pour into the tiny bathroom making the place soaked after the 1st one showering.

Great for Eurostar
Stayed overnight before an early morning train to Paris. Only 5 mins walk to station, ideally located. Only downside was that we were on the top floor and my husband had to carry a heavy case up the stairs
