Great hotel but light sleeper could have issues.
We stayed one night at the hotel. The front desk is very friendly and speaks great English. Our rate included breakfast and the service was great too. Room is a bit basic and could use some updates. The hotel is right on the beach and our room has a very nice view of the sea. However, if you are light sleeper like me, there is a problem from the sound of the wave. It was very loud (not sure if it has something to do with winter season/end of November) and i was not able to sleep. The hotel owner helped to lower the metal storm shutter and it helped a bit. This is a great place to stay if you can sleep with the noise.

great hotel. only take the sea side room. great view to the sea and beach. breakfast vey good. staff very very nice. free parking at front of the hotel. don't miss the sea from the room. the terrace is on the beach!!

Nice and modern, bar and restaurant w/ limitations
We (my wife and I) stayed for two nights. The hotel is situated right by the ocean. The rooms are modern and clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The minor negative things were that the breakfast and restaurant hours seemed somewhat limited: Sunday the hotel restaurant was completely closed, no drinks available, only what they had eight next to the reception in the little fridge. Breakfast was "only" until 10. This might not be a huge problem for most, but if you really want to sleep in, be aware that 10 is it. However, very nice, modern hotel!

No room booked for us!
We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived at the hotel mid afternoon, they did not have our booking on their system and were fully booked. Needless to say we were far from happy. The receptionist at the hotel rang around to find us another hotel (at least 4 she rang were full) and the one she finally found was 50% more expensive and without a view but felt we had no option but to accept it. Their guest internet wasn't working at the time so I couldn't search for other options. We ended up back in the car, driving further after a long day in the car, off to a more pricey room with a view of a freeway! Don't know who was at fault but either way we had a miserable experience.

Nice boutique hotel.
Views are amazing, right on the beach, restaurant is really good. Bed wasn't the best, rooms & bathroom small. Seems, mh, amateurish in how its managed, but then again, its not a huge operation. I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Great location between Nice and Cannes. Quiet and out of the fray. Checked in and went to our room, it was small and on the street side, not all what I thought we were getting. Went back to the front desk and was able to pay for an upgrade to a larger room on the seaside. This room was perfect, but had to pay for it. Be careful when booking, the pictures are of the rooms on the seaside! Would stay there again, knowing to book the right room!
