The property was dated and unfortunately smelt-particularly in bathroom. We had to move rooms due to a unidentified busing sound in the roof of the first room. The toilet in the second room leaked so there was continual tap noise (until we turned off the supply to the toilet) and the air conditioner when running was noisy. The bed was older and sunk in the middle and without the air con to warm the room we needed extra blankets of which there was just one

Reception staff so friendly and helpful.Nothing to much trouble.Location in quiet suburb within 2 mins walk of coles and other variety shops.Location and complimentary parking awesome.Room was in lower ground room which was capable of 3 people though could feel a bit crammed for some if 3 was in there Shower was awesome with water pressure.Cleaners giving hallways and all over was great to see.My only suggestions is to have someone clean outside as well as in the windows as mine had an accumation of dust/cob over some time and would improve overall look Also a luggage trolley or cart needed due to long corridors be very handy.Overall good stay for a night or 2

Was good value for money. Great location with a supermarket & cafes very close. Room was spacious. Only negative was the car park. The spaces are very narrow so at times cars were parked over the lines stopping anyone from parking next to them. There was plenty of parking outside
