We came to this hotel with very little expectations due to reviews we'd read about it before. The first things we checked were our mattresses and they were all in a good shape. The room was very small for 3 persons, but we managed. The bathroom was clean as well. We were very much releaved. The beds were made and towels changed every day! We were pleasantly surprised by a modest, but a quite sufficient breakfast with limited amount of fresh pastries but unlimited coffee and juice 😀. A couple of problems to count with: 1. Street noise (2 restaurants across ~ people party on the streets way after closing hours) 2. The elevator did not work for the last 3 days of our stay including the day of our departure 😕. Had to bring all our luggage from the 5th floor through very narrow stairs. Overall, a pleasant stay for an economic budget.

Check your bookings and you have a room.
Hotels fully booked, after 3 hours transfered to hovel of a hostel across town, no lights, smelly, broken curtains, dirty black stained toilet and broken shower screen. Nowhere for a coffee out on an industrial site. Appalling customer services from Hotel.com. Did nothing to help resolve the problem, after 6 calls they transfered us back to original hotel.. for which they tried to charge taxi fees to get us back there. Upon arrival at original hotel to find no water and broken lifts which didn't help as we were on the 4th floor. Staff tried their best in original hotel but Hotels .com were severely lacking.

Good reduced price, easy transport to city
This was a nice place for the discounted price at the time, with good location near two metro stations (line 3) to easily transport into the city. Breakfast was basic but enough, wifi wasn't working so the staff member let me use the staff wifi but only on the ground floor. Staff were friendly and helpful, but when I checked in around 11pm they said they would collect an extra pillow and sheet from my room in 5 minutes but they didn't come, which was inconvenient as I was up waiting and they never called e.g. to ask me to leave it outside the door instead. I had a large room with 3 single beds and an ensuite which was a nice size and quiet in the corner of the building, but the walls aren't that soundproof otherwise.

Tiny Dump Hotel
The pictures do not show how TINY the room is. You can barely get into the room before tripping on the bed. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING - something not specified on the site. Window opens, but there is no screen and barely a draft. If you stay in summer the hear is unbearable and the noise outside the window makes it impossible to sleep. Also - THE SHOWER DOESN’T DRAIN. I showered for 5 mins last night and by the end there was 4 inches of water in the shower. Total dump.

Good If It Not Too Hot
The room is clean and modern, but small. Everything worked OK, but the TV is all in French. There is no air conditioning, so avoid during a heat wave. Metro station is about 2 blocks away.
