Very wonderful staff. When we first arrived, not everything that was mentioned on the site, (such as a fire place and an operating gym, was present). Since then, it appears that the Hotels.com website updated it's ammenities list. In presenting an honest review, I should also say that we feel that the pictures: swimming pool, gym and rooms on the website do not really resemble what it looks like in real life except for the lobby pictures, which look very much the same as presented. I will say that the staff did everything in their power to make sure that we felt comfortable and were happy and they ordered a treadmill and made the gym area operable again. Apart from the staff, my favorite part of our stay was the comfort of the beds. Besides an in house restaurant, there are other dining options that are very close or in the same building; including 2 excellent buffet restaurants, a fresh juice bar, and bakery. Uber and Tuk Tuks were always available for transportation. The wi-fi also worked well. In the end, it was a happy holiday (the Christmas decorations were appreciated and beautiful. season and we left a happy family and really love the staff and people at Chris Hotel.
