A rare JEWEL in PARADISE
From the beginning to the end the staff was GREAT!!!! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we went two consecutive weekends we could'nt get enough. Starting at the front desk, Shanice who did our check in set the scene for a lovely vacation. We were assured great drinks fun and laughter by MARLON, Antoinette and Ainsley at the main bar.Nadia, Kedeidra & Patrick at the main buffet restaurant was always on point. Many thanks to Kavin who was of great help.Thanks to TJ the courteous young man whom replenished our fridge each day and last but not least to Dante the life guard whom was on duty who made sure we were safe throughout our numerous times in the slide. A MILLON THANKS CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!!!!

Firstly I need ro say how friendly professional and helpful everyone was from Co concierge to Housekeepers to security reztaurant and reception ...nothing was ever too much trouble. The food, esp desserts were anazing abd the entertainment particularly for NYE was fab. Very clean...good social distancing and PPE worn. I really didnt want to leave. Room no 714 is ocean front and a minute to the pool bar.

This hotel is trash... from the minute I checked in the front desk clerk was super rude. Got to the room it was like a 3Star Hotel. Room felt like a motel not a resort. I was again turned off. A day passed and we noticed that our bed linens were not changed. Apparently the policy is that bcz of Covid bed linens are only changed every 3 Days. In addition they do not give you fresh towels and rags unless you throw them on the floor and request more. For a VIP hotel I was very disappointed. I would not recommend or ever visit again. My trip was ruined did not have a pleasurable stay. Should have stayed at my usual Holiday Inn in Montego Bay...
