Very good
OK place
Was a nice room with amazingly comfortable beds, nice amount of room, frig and microwave which is always nice. Didn't see anyone doing any extra cleaning, just required masks. Breakfast was a joke...you could have anything you wanted as long as it was one of 3 flavors of instant oatmeal. No juice, milk, coffee or anything. I realize we're in a pandemic but we've been to hotels where they have pre-wrapped bagels, muffins, etc., boiled eggs, juice coffee, milk, individual boxes of cereal, cereal and granola bars...you can do a lot and only need one or two attendants to hand items out. No cleaning until you left, went to desk to get towels, tissue, etc. Did have a dvd player and could borrow two movies, which were all many years old. Rented a movie at a Redbox. Pool was open to very limited number, hot tub was not open. Heaven forbid you be a smoker, you had to walk half a block away - off the property - to smoke or get a $250 charge. I totally understand the inside being smoke free but have never been where they didn't have an area away from the doors for smoking. Friendly people at the desk - they were the only two people we saw. Was an OK place, would be better in the summer as there's a nice area in the back to relax and it's close to Canal Park along Lake Superior and many restaurants but don't know if we'd stay there again.

Wonderful stay! Would highly recommend.
Everything was wonderful from the minute I walked in the door. The room was very nice and very clean. You can’t beat the views from the balconies.

So disappointed- I reserved one queen bed and they gave me two queen beds room - when I complained they front desk lady told this is the only room left. The bed sheets had hair and its clear they didn’t change it. Also it is very noisy.

Anniversary trip
They were very nice and attentive. We asked for a few needed things in the middle of the night and they brought them right up to the room and set them outside the door in a plastic bag. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view was ok for being on that side of the lake.
