Excellent Duluth MN Lake Superior Inn on Park Point just over the historic lift bridge nestled near lake and marina. Well maintained property with updated and very clean rooms. Friendly customer focused staff with a very nice included breakfast. I would highly recommend this Inn for a memorable relaxing stay in Duluth.

This was our third stay at Park Point Marina Inn, so we obviously like it. Close enough to walk to all the Canal Park amenities but quiet with ample parking. Lots of breakfast choices and the quality is quite good.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in a number of years. They go the extra mile with all the amenities, s’mores in the evenings and then warm lemongrass towels. I didn’t know that I needed warm lemongrass towels in my life until this hotel.

Love coming here. The warm lemongrass towels, evening s’mores and the helpful staff make our stay so comfortable.

This is our favorite hotel in Duluth. The staff is so friendly and the amenities are useful - a shuttle to canal park, bikes to rent, even sand toys to borrow. Happy Hour, breakfast, and a s’mores bar to boot! If you love traveling to Duluth for the walkability and friendly folks this place is for you!

Our entire stay was fantastic, from the comfortable rooms and great breakfast options to the wonderful staff, who were more than accommodating to all of our requests and needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the blackout blinds and noise barriers in the rooms were amazing! We woke up every morning feeling rested and relaxed, which made such a difference during our trip. We also loved how conveniently located the hotel was and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
