No attention to detail!
This Hotel was a negative experience, I will not come back. The rooms with furniture needs to be upgraded. A lot of wear and tear. Positve: Big rooms, I had a suite 74 m3. Central Hotel Breakfast Included Negative: Reception personnel are not up to speed. Slow check in and not really helpful. Noise from the Pool area (Music) until early morning. If you have a room from floor 7 and up you will be affected. No attention to details, room had a lot of defects. Marks on the wall, sofa really dirty, loose stuff and missing screws here and there. Aircon Units are not really the best either.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were very nice and willing to help. Gracias Jajaira por mantener mi cuarto muy limpio. Thanks to Richard and his kitchen staff, Lily y Ledys, . Thanks to John, kabajay, Stephany at the reception desk. Thanks to the security staff, Radid. Overall my stay at the Hampton by Hilton was amazing. I am looking to book a room for my next trip in Feb. 2020.

Sketchy place
The clerk checking us in did not check ID or CC as is usually done, gave us a room key that opened a room in use by other people. This hotel does not meet the standards expected of the brand Hampton by Hilton, no A/C in halls and turned off during breakfast, and seems to have been bought and given a quick makeover. Someone from corporate should investigate.
